03What the Site is

The Site is an informational and promotional website for our music business — production, distribution, catalog acquisition, licensing and artist management. It showcases releases and cover artwork from the catalogs we produce, distribute or represent, and provides a contact form for business inquiries. The Site does not sell products, host user accounts or stream audio.

Any inquiry, submission or discussion through the Site is exploratory only. No offer, engagement, management, distribution or acquisition relationship is created unless and until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

04Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and code are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Album titles, cover artwork and artist names shown in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are displayed to represent works within the catalogs we produce, distribute or represent.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law. 05Acceptable use

06Submissions through the contact form

If you send us ideas, links, demos or other material through the contact form, you confirm that you have the right to share that material. Business submissions are treated as non-confidential except where a written agreement says otherwise, and you grant us permission to review the material internally for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Entertainment Hub LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). 11Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
