01Our copyright policy
Infinite Entertainment Hub LLC, operator of Infinity Tunes, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who interacts with the Site. The cover artwork and titles displayed in our catalog represent works we produce, distribute or represent; if you believe any material on the Site infringes your copyright, you can notify us under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly.
02Filing a DMCA notice
To be effective, your written notification must include substantially the following:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it on the Site (for example, the exact page URL and the file or image name);
- your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages.
03Counter-notification
If material you posted or supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address and phone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found) and to accept service of process from the original complainant; and your physical or electronic signature. Where the law requires, removed material may be restored no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the complainant files a court action.
04Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we will terminate business relationships with parties who are determined to be repeat infringers, and we reserve the right to remove any material from the Site at our discretion.
